Wow !!! A warm and friendly welcome to local guides connect forum. You did well to ask these questions. As a fellow local guide,I’ll try to answer them as best as I can. Before that I’ll endeavour to present you with A Welcome-to-Connect-Card . That card will give you a quick rundown of the fourm. It’s animated so it’s quite easy to read and understand. That will guide you through what and how to use connect etc.
The first thing is that,connect is a very versatile forum and please feel free to write a post in a language you are very comfortable in. Using the translator at the top right corner of the page you jave Hindi as one of the languages you can translate into.
Secondly is if you are thinking of the language tag at the bottom there you haven’t Hindu but that doesn’t make much difference when it comes to the language itself.
Now talking about meet-up in your city,India local guides are very much prominent and active here on the forum may I kindly tag my friend and moderator @TusharSuradkar . He surely will be happy to connect with you and help.
