how I identify all local guide in my country or city, let’s started campaign to meet up programme in each city?

You can find a lot of Local Guides from Pakistan on this forum. You can also look in the Pakistan local guides community (Link in Signature)

And there are a some meetups happening in Lahore and Islamabad. You can search for the ones in your city by searching on the Meetups site. I also post about the ones I arrange or know in the community
