By this Host A Meetup Site you can search meetups or host your own meetup in your city.

Thank you for your enthusiasm! The best way to organize a meeting with other Local Guides is to create an event on our meet-up site. The other Local Guides will see your meetup suggestion and will be able to RSVP for it once it is approved.

I suggest Abu Nusair Point view as a meeting place, because it’s a great place to take amazing photos for the panoramical view
