Thank you @KashifMisidia ji for your warm welcome and proper guidance related to organizing a Meet-up. I have observed that many of local guides are not connected with Local Guides Connect. Even one of my friends Vishal Yadav who is already at level 10 joined this platform after my invite. I also joined here in the last week of April 2023 when I was at level 6 and till now benefited a lot from the guidance of our Connect Moderators @MortenCopenhagen Ji, @ErmesT Ji, and Local Guide @gmapas Ji on various issues. I Initiated organizing Local Guides Meet-up as I have experience in organizing events e.g. National level Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops in my college. But your guidance in organizing the Meet-up is more valuable as the Local Guides program has its own identity and contacting the Local guides is a challenge. In order to keep that identity and meet the challenge the guidance of you people is more valuable.
Now I seek guidance on the following issue:
As mentioned earlier I have observed that many of the Local guides are not connected with Local Guides Connect programme. So can we add something like this- Join https://www.localguidesconnect.com/ for further discussion in the Bio of my Maps profile so the new local guides visiting my profile will come to know about it. Please tell me whether I can do so or not? (I think it will not voilate any rule)
I think you are allowed to add the link to your Maps profile, but it will not become clickable.
Kindly keep in mind that Connect is intended to be a reference for Local Guides seeking answers to their questions. It is therefore best to create a new post in the How-to section with a descriptive heading when you have a new question. This will make it much possible to find the answers for other Local Guides with the same question in the future.
Feel free to add the URL to this community on your profile in Maps. However, as @MortenCopenhagen said, it will not produce a link.
What you cannot do is to use Google Images (like the one in this post, even if you superimposed a text) without an explicit permission from Google. As mentioned in the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “The Local Guides logo is a Google brand identity and is reserved for official use only. Do not use the Local Guides logo, pin, or any other Google imagery in any of your online or offline materials without expressed written permission.”
You may want to consider using the 4-stars logo provided by Google to Local Guides for use when organizing events etc. Use this logo instead of the copyright protected pin in your image.

What I do, before to submit a meet-up, is to contact the people who can potentially join, to make sure to have at least a minimum number of people already confirmed, and to share the organisation with others. But in my case a meet-up is at least two days long, so I want to be sure that it will be successful well before to post it.
Once again thank you @ErmesT , I have changed the banner and submitted my Meet-up once again. Regarding the participation of a maximum no. of local guides, I am trying my best with support from friends. Right now we are 12 in nos. but till 17.06.2023 this no. will increase as I am also using social media platforms for the promotion of events. Actually, the majority of local guides are not connected with the localguidesconnect (It’s my personal observation) so reaching them is a challenging task. I hope we at Kanpur will do it successfully.

On connects board’s flesh msg it was mentioned that I need to add original photo in the praposal (There private information reason was not mentioned). Whether photo is also required (essential).I have already added a banner.
Hi @MortenCopenhagen Please find the 4-stars logos here. In this 4 -stars logos attached, 4 colors are available. Does it indiciate anything for each other, or is it just a design? Just curious to learn and know.
