As you may now, in Mexico we have a lot of food made with corn.
One of them are the “Tostadas”, a dish really yummie that you can eat with different ingredients.
In Puerto Vallarta, a very nice beach destination, you can find a kind of “Big Tostada”.
Tostadas are something like this: a circular kind of cookie -but salty- made with corn.
On top of it you can put chicken meat -or beef-, add letucce, purple onion, and of course salsa.
It has a very warm taste.
