Meet the one who took the pictures in Skopje, Macedonia

When I moved to Skopje, life was hard. It was difficult to understand the language, despite the people’s efforts to communicate with me. Over time I learnt the local language and understood how the culture works. I am a language teacher working at an International School, so this was a bit easier for me. One day, as I was going through my phone, I saw the opportunity to upload pictures and join Google Local Guides, and I thought “I have to pass this knowledge to others, so they have it easier than me”. Ever since, I always make sure to take pictures of the places I visit and post them, whether it is here in Skopje, North Macedonia, or in other cities in Europe. This is what I love, passing a certain good feeling to others, I want that when you visit a place I have been to, you are able to see and understand what the place is like by looking at pictures of it, perhaps little details or hidden treasures. Especially tourists who may not fully understand what is happening here or why things function differently. I wish to be able to contribute even more valuable information in the future, in a clear simple English that everyone can read and understand.
