Meet the Aguachile from Mexico

Hello!! This is my first post on “Food and drinks”; I am from Mexico and I introduce you this dish called “Aguachile”.

It is made with shrimp, onion, cucumber, and green chilli.

Actually, “Aguachile” means “Chili-Water”. This dish it is very popular during holy days and its from the west Coast of Mexico, specifically from the state of Sinaloa.

In this case, it is served in a “Molcajete” a type of vessel, wich we used since prehispanic age.

We eat it with “tostadas” or salty cookies.

¿What do you think? ¿Do you like to try it?
