Meet Sari, local guide from Vihti, Finland

Sari moved to a small village in Vihti called Vihtijärvi 11 years ago. It is a small place just about 45-60 minute drive from Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

Vihtijärvi has 527 residents where the whole Vihti has about 30 000 residents.

Sari loves nature in her village and shares photos of great outdoor places close to her home.
As a regular visitor to the Helsinki area, she also shares insides of the capital area as well.

She loves to share photos that give an idea of what you can expect from a place before you actually get there. Or to give you an idea to visit in Finland in general. You cannot find all these places in tourist maps or from tourist offices.

Finland is not familiar to many people. We are a Nordic country with quiet people so showing photos and sharing her experience about Finland is something she is happy to do.

Sari likes to add photos and reviews of the local businesses to Google Map. That way people close by can find restaurants and places to visit on their way or to attract people to visit the places seen in the photos.

If you are visiting southern Finland and Vihti-Karkkila-Nurmijärvi area, she is happy to help you and please do check out the photos in these locations. You’ll find lovely photos of the nature in Finland and the whereabouts.
