Meet and Greet at Pune Local Guides Meet-up

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, December 17th, 2023, the vibrant community of

local guides in Pune gathered at the inviting Green Signal Veg Restaurant for

a delightful meet and greet over lunch.

The meetup was a fantastic opportunity for the local guides to come together and fostering connections.Four intriguing themes took center stage during the gathering: accessibility, food review, photo walk, and, of course, meet and greet.

A total of 14 enthusiastic local guides from Pune graced the event, bringing with them a wealth of knowledge about their city. These individuals, passionate about sharing their insights, hailed from diverse areas of Pune, making the meetup a melting pot of local expertise.

The ambiance was warm as participants exchanged smiles and greetings, setting a friendly tone for the day. Each local guide took a moment to introduce themselves, sharing not only their names but also their levels within the local guide community. This helped create an inclusive environment where everyone felt valued and appreciated for their contributions.

To kick off the event, the connect moderator added a touch of Google Map flair by distributing stickers and badges. These not only served as fun mementos but also sparked conversations about the shared love for navigating and exploring the city through the lens of Google Maps.

As the conversations flowed, participants ordered a delectable lunch for themselves, further enhancing the sense of community as they indulged in the joy of shared meals.
