I was amazed by the video you made, Luis Duran. I have a photo that shows like that. This happened at the station Tigaraksa, actually there are many public facilities that are not paying attention for disability facilities.

Yes Luis Duran hands down get the award and then some. Here in the Unitied States, we have the Americans With Disabilities Act, which is a law with heavy fines for non compliance. In the the DR, there are no such laws and Luis is going it pretty much alone. No one can say a bad thing about Luis in my presence.
