Nusret Gökçe a.k.a Salt Bae now has over 20 restaurants around the world. Today I re-visited one of my favorite Nusr-Et branch which is located in İstinye Park Mall, Istanbul. I really like their cooking techniques and presentation. If you come across I recommend you to try the fresh goat cheese salad, crispy onion flower, meat sushi and carpaccio as starters. For the main course the rack is a perfect choice for parties over 2. Enjoy!
