The stomach does not know your income or your affordability. That hungry feeling looking at a restaurant or a food joint or a fancy cafe is something most people have gone through atleast once in their life.
What helps at times like these is not a credit card but joints that can appease your hunger as well as cater to your taste buds at the same time at a cost that wont burn a hole in your pocket. It is with this aim that I started posting increasingly about affordable food joints and restaurants in and around popular places here in my city as well as other places I have had the chance to visit.
I have learnt to enjoy food from the most fanciest of diners right upto the most non descript food joints.
Food and taste know no monetary barriers. I have found on many occasions that something worth Rs. 10 has proved to be more filling, delicious and wholesome at the same time as compared to a Rs. 500 dish at a fancy restaurant.
I owe it to society that kept me up and running via these joints when my pockets were small and my stomach was large. This is one of the ways I believe that all of us can make a difference, post about such places so that a person low on money, a teenager taking his first girlfriend out to dinner, a blue collared worker can all live life to the fullest and take a nice meal without having to worry about money the entire time.
