Me …the unprofessional photographer …
I started photographing the places I visit some time ago just for fun …I read that I can share my photos over Google maps & here comes the thrill…I posted my photos …got so excited when I received emails telling me how much my photos are viewed …now ,i pay good attention to the surroundings, the angle i want to view in my shot…that led to me concentrating on certain topics for my photos …like food …shopping …how easy a place is accessible…for food & beverage i love desserts & coffee … I found out that there are more kinds of coffee than Turkish & espresso…the nubian gabna for example with its exotic pottery pots & cups …for desserts I found out that here in Cairo, one can have some top quality French pastries as if one is in Paris…I wrote reviews about my findings…for the places I go ,I look for certain things that make the place worthy to visit …I love history…most of my photos are of historical places in Cairo my hometown …the best thing about Cairo is that it has all periods of history from pharos times till today …very history_rich city …diversity is the key word here…
For shopping, I’m not that constant shopper… but I do love it when I’m around shop windows…markets …malls ,small local groceries with their specialties…that’s why I stick to photography as my topic & how i feel bsessed about the magical world of photography …as it makes you ,the viewer ,part of the photo you are viewing
