When I first knew about Google local guides program, I created my own profile at the moment.
I was completely sure that this program will help me a lot as I also try to help others.
I think that adding new places and reviewing current help a lot in making the map a better place and even make everyone who has a local place or business try to be better to be able to compete with other businesses which allows ordinary people to get better services.
