What I love the most about Google reviews is that absolutely anyone can do it!! It’s no longer the era of food critics reviewing restaurants, secret shoppers checking out the policies of individual shops, or hotel critics staying in and criticizing hotels. This is a platform for the general public to review anywhere to the general public!!
