Travel has always been my number 1 and best treat in my life and today i wanted to share little about Mcleod Ganj - a home away from home.
Mcleod Ganj is a small remote hilly town yet one of the most reached out travel destination in the world and its often sighted as a spiritual destination. One of key reason is that its the seat of H.H the Dalai Lama and Tibetan Refugees in Exile since 1959. The small hilly town is now on world tourism destination chart for local, domestic and international travelers.
Its one unique travel destinations in the form of culture, food, Snow Capped Mountains to Tibetan medicine, spirituality and the place has become a hub for different nationalities from across the globe. One can eat and relish all kinds of cuisines from Japanese to Italian to Mexican to Nepali to Punjabi to Tibetan to local foods to French fries etc within the small strap of hilly mountain town.
Therefore, I want to highlight a drop in the ocean of the beautiful travel destination to the world through the google community platform and through google map and help enrich the resources and scope of this hot destination through my travel experiences and lens.
