Judging from your profile photo and name, it seems you are underage. According to the Program Rules, to participate in the Program as a Local Guide, you must be at least 18 years old.
Therefore, if you are not, you need to exit from the Local Guides Program. Note that you will be able to enroll again once you will reach 18. 
Please follow these instructions to exit the program:
- Log in with that account where you like to stop with Local Guides, then go to this link:https://maps.google.com/localguides/home
- Click on the three-line menu
- Click on Settings
- Scroll down
- Click on Exit Program
