In Indonesia celebration mayday is off day national holiday ,much of us celebration with, social action . long march in the street or demonstrate demanding better welfare , but his year because pandemic issue no gathering activities .
Being a labour in manufacturing factory with much of us girls is special challenge, girls not always weak. We’re professional team , created high value product with on time shipping export .So sometimes we because much of reason our product delay and team use mode 'overnight speeding system ’ our job must be finish before midnight or dawn .

Hard warning joking from my boss is , if there no product for shipping you and team wrap it and in to the box for fill the container cars LOL.
As local guides the idea from my boss not too bad by the way all of us can travelling for all arround the word with free . yes because we working at manufacturing factory and our products is brand global so you can find everywhere .

I remember that in years ago, as a production team leader I have a team with spirit and enthusiast to make a good product as per deadline, we can achieve the target what the Factory Manager want as long as all the machines and materials are ready to produce.
Love the way you use the packing tape for the box.

Wow you’re expert about factory and labour team Pak @BudiFXW , much people said life at factory so boring only deadline target, quality,5/6 S , but for my self grateful is more important ,much of us jobless because covid -19
.tape in my hand not my job actually but we can take part job as possible for skip time during overtime

I love being in manufacture production activities, because it represent the real word.
If you pusponed something that must be finish at certain time, it just like a time bom. It will blew up.
If the machine shoud be maintain and you drag it latter it is the matter of time, it will totally breakdown and the cost will be sky rocket.
What my passion is calculating the output as per target or achivement.
I wll happy if my plan is works.
