Hi Sir,

Now I am in Expert Reviewer. On the way to Master Reviewer. My reviews with 200 characters are not taken into account. Still showing the same count.

Please advise me regarding this Sir.

Hello Ramamoorthy and congratulations on reaching Expert Reviewer status

Now regarding reaching Master Reviewer status, you need to:

  1. Review 100 places,
  2. Write 50 reviews with over 200 characters, and
  3. Get 50 Likes on your reviews.

Have you achieved all of these conditions? If so, but only recently, it can take a few days before the counts are updated.

Thank You for your immediate Response. I wrote more than 13 reviews with over 200 characters. But shows only 13.

So please help me regard this issue. :pray:

Hi @Ramamoorthy123

A contributing factor could be the fact that you made 1697 and only 1601 of these are public.

Google has automatic filters that hide your reviews so only you can see them. This can happen when some of your reviews violate the guidelines, including:
Prohibited and Restricted Content
Format Specific Criteria (See under Text Reviews and Captions)

Read about typical review guideline violations here.

Currently, your issue might not be your fault. Read: Known issue: Unpublished reviews and photos on Google Maps. And, please make a reply there and request your account also be investigated.

Hello @Ramamoorthy123

When I first replied to your request for help your Google Maps profile was set to private but now I see it is public. I have just seen your comment on the Known Issues post about missing reviews/photos but now since seeing your Maps profile, after checking if you believe you have not violated any of the contribution policies, then I suggest that your emphasis in your Known Issue comment should be more on the some 100 reviews and approximately 300 photos that have been flagged as Private and hence not visible to the public and not counted in you Local Guides points.
