My Master Fact Finder was gone yesterday and I found that the count of Answers is reset to zero now. Please check and correct it since my points are also decreased.

@nekki By any chance if you have turned off and deleted Web Activity tracking? Read the link below.
This is usually the issue regarding points lost for answers. If this is the case, there is no way to actually get back the answers or the point.

Hi @nekki and thank you for reaching out!
As @StephenAbraham kindly suggested, please check your My Activity page and you’ll be able to see answers you shared and control what is saved:
- If you have the 3 month/18 month deletion enabled, it will delete the answers to questions about places for that period.
- If you delete answers to questions during any time frame, they will be deleted from Google Maps, and as a result, your Local Guides points will be removed for those contributions.
