The Masoudieh Mansion was built by Masoud Mirza, son of Nasir al-Din Shah (King of Iran) in 1879, and headed by Reza Gholikhan on an area of about 4,000 square meters. The architect of this building is Professor Shaban Memar Bashi.
Some of the decorations used in this construction are plastering, tiling, calligraphy, mural painting, etc.
There are seven mansions in the garden now connected by courtyards. Divan Khaneh Mansion, Sofreh Khaneh Mansion, Seyed Javadi Mansion, Moshiri courtyard Mansion, Backyard Mansion, Sidewalk Mansion, Kalsekeh Mansion
Some parts of the mansion are being renovated, which will definitely add to the attractiveness of this tourist destination after completing this work. And at the time of the visit, I was able to visit the courtyard.
There is a simple way to reach the Masoudieh Mansion. The first is to go through the Metro Line 2 to the Nation Station and go to Ekbatan Street after leaving the station on Mellat Street. The entrance to Masoudieh Mansion is on this street. Also from the Baharestan subway station, you can also go to the southwest side of the Baharestan Square and reach Ekbatan Street at the entrance to the Masoudieh Mansion, but you will have a relatively longer route. Also, if you want to use the bus, you can get to know the buses that use this bus to choose from the Baharestan Station on Metro Line 2. Among these bus lines can be the line of Baharestan Square - the Republic Square.
Finally, I will share some photos of Masoudieh Mansion.
Best Regards
