This is Masala bun. Which us Mumbai’s Famous street food.
I made this at home with simple Bun and some spieces. It is easy to make and less time taking within 15 min. I prepared this.

Yes i love to share recipe with you.
You just need bun as you like (i.e. pieces or chopped)
Then in pan take paste of onion,ginger, garlic and capsicum and green chilli. Add spieces like black pepper, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, corriander powder and pavbhaji masala (optional). And mix it well sprinkle some water and mix it on medium gas for 10 min. And bang it’s ready to eat
