marottichal waterfalls - thrissur

marottichal waterfalls is in thrissur.

a beautiful waterfalls in kerala.

we are getting a happy mood and freshness from the forest.

from thrissur to marottichal at about 25 km.

in rainy season all streams starts flowing.

around the area, we can see are many small waterfalls in the forest.

we can enjoy a shower-bath under the waterfalls.

and we can swim in the streams.

forest giving fresh air and purified water.

here rainy season starts from june to November.

in that time with my friend I went to the forest.

it was an amazing experiences for us.

the marottichal forest keeping many animals like elephant, tiger, buffalo and snake.

we have to listen them.

we kept some food in our bags. and at about 10 am we reached in maottichal and 6-7 hours spend in the forest. the day was fantastic.

It’s a beautiful waterfall and lovely forest, a perfect place to rejuvenate. It runs throughout the year or just for 3 to 4 months after rain. :pray: :cherry_blossom: :rosette: :pray:

The Marottichal waterfalls and the nature in that area look amazing! As far as I can see the Ilanjipara waterfalls are very close by? Did you manage to reach them as well?

marottichal and ilanjiprawaterfalls is one. - we are commonly says that marottichal waterfalls. the stream, starting to the end we can see many of them.

This place reminds me so much of Erin Ijesha Waterfalls in Osun state, Nigeria. I love the shots!
