I went to a nice place and to give a review but that place is not listed in Google maps, is there any option to input location by GPS Longitude and latitude for sometimes the satellite view is not in detail.

Use the “Add a missing place” option in Google Maps and mark the approximate location.

It’s a wonder that a nice place is not there in Maps.
It may be that the map view does not show the place.
However, many a time that surfaces up in a text search through the search box.
Alternatively, when you right-click on the location and select the question “What’s here”, the POI surfaces up.

Haha, maybe that would be our job to add new places and destination which are unlisted in google maps.

As indicate by @Shafak , adding missing places us one of the activity that are available on the Local Guides Program
Of course, before to add a place, make a search on Google Maps, because not all the places are visible, as suggested by @C_T
