I just love gastronomy and eating out, some years ago my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease (don’t worry!! Not a bad thing, she can’t have gluten, that’s all !!) so, we had to stop having dinner outside because, although some restaurants said to serve gluten free options, we had trouble coming back at home with her digestive system….
So I started on google maps, looking for Gluten free restaurants, But I didn’t needed just the title “G.Free options available” and then… nobody in the restaurant knew about it. I needed real opinions of people who couldn’t stand gluten !!! and there I started!!! Finding reliable opinion in order where we could eat with my daughter became really important.
When you talk about gluten free, it’s not just a meal that doesn’t have gluten, all processes in the kitchen have to be modify in order the food doesn’t get “Contaminated” ….so… it was a big thing to start finding reliable places to eat around the world.
Now a days my posts are, not only of gluten related restaurants, but of almost every food I eat. I love to review our typical Argentinean dishes, for ex, I made a review on the best Choripan in Argentina!!! I love typical foods with a modern twist.

Decoration, service, premises, ( I once had to use the bathroom, and went into de Glories mall, in Barcelona, such a beautiful place!!! I was embarrassed of writing a post of a bathroom, but here is a pic of the toilet entrance) parking, could make my day in a not that good food place…. Also like to post about any beautiful place I go, I like to share the love !! even if it is a spectacular Tuscany vineyard, another toilet!!! Jejejejeje. a runway in the Mexican jungle, or even a nice place to walk from home.
That’s why I try to get pictures of the place more than the food, this Beer house Is a beautiful place!!!
