Hello I got a mail saying that I have unlocked a special reward, a limited edition Google Maps Pin, with a redemption code. On clicking Redeem, in 2023 i received that mail google maps gives me a reward with Badge or maps pin and so i redeem my gift and order it without any cost because it is free . I wait for this gift 2 to 3 months but it is not deliver to me and now the year change from 2023 to 2024 but it is not delivered to me . Please help Google

First of all, congratulations on unlocking special reward from Google.
To help you further in this regard, you must know that most likely it gets delivered through Indian Post. And, this may take 6 to 8 weeks once you receive your tracking details. Suggest you to get in touch with your local post office after this time frame.
Also, request you to move this post from ‘Achievements’ to ‘How-tos’ board.
