I added more than 50 items in my Google Maps list but the list has been reduced with all my endeavours and hardwork to only 20 in number.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing trouble with your list on Google Maps.
Have you tried viewing your list on both the app and on desktop? Please make sure your app is updated to the latest version.
