Maps has been the goto navigation system for drivers all over the world for the last few years now. The reason why? It’s the best! It’s the most up-to-date actual, live Navi system around. Head and shoulders above the rest. Not just the navigation but the information on the local area where you are too. But!!! It has its limitations or complications. Bicycle riding has become one of the fastest growing transports recently. Maps needs to adapt itself to become the best bicycle route planning system. Apps like komoot, Strava etc are not good. Google could quite easily become the goto app for bicycle route planning and navigation. Let’s do it. Google please make it happen.
