My relationship with the maps began about 8 years ago when I was carrying a Nokia phone, every time I visit relatives I open the map and save the home location.
One day I traveled to another city to visit my aunt. When I got out of the bus station and took the taxi, I did not remember the name of the street where she lives. Fortunately, I was keeping her house located on my phone, so I opened the map and told the taxi driver to take me to this exact location, and I happily reached my aunt’s home.
One day, I was browsing Google search engine, accidentally I found Google Maps Maker program, I was very impressed with the program and its satellite images, I added many places around my house, and I still keep the first message I received from them on my email.
I always use maps in my daily life. I use them to save my favorite places and places I usually visit, such as restaurants, cafés, malls, and libraries, etc. I have lists in which I keep all my interest, a list of my relatives’ homes, a list of my favorite restaurants (see the list: https://goo.gl/maps/nUjeQcugM3cn7Dps8), and a list of exotic and exciting places I find on the map (see the list: https://goo.gl/maps/yvU9GpgUJgKfAiJi8).
I love to share photos most on Google Maps because I am a visual model, and I think pictures can reflect things to their reality better than description.
One of my favorite pictures is for my university and what makes it so distinctive is that it has reached more than 1 million views on Google Maps, and this makes me very happy because people are watching and benefiting from what I share on the map.
For a 21st-century person, the use of maps is necessary every day, whether in going to different places, Or navigating by car, Or even in entertaining by exploring cities and Exotic and exciting places around the world.
