Hi,
There’s a local business Premier Marketing, Charlotte NC. Google Search - They have mostly fake reviews.
Some even use same name and same ai generated photo. Despite that, Google is not removing them even after flagging them.
Has anyone else seen this? How do you deal with it?

Feel free to report business or user by looking in report businesses on Google Maps.

Yes, I already have reported them many times.
Yet nothing. I’m not sure how they are fooling Google but the vast majority of their reviews are certainly fabricated. It’s very strange indeed.
I have flagged a ton of suspicious reviews to no avail. I feel such reports are never acted upon.
You may want to bring this up in the Google Business Profil community.
Determining whether a review is fake or not is not a simple task.
Thank you @MortenCopenhagen for your feedback and response. I have reached out to google business support about this and they just keep referring me back to the “flagging method” but obviously that doesn’t exactly do much. Thanks again.
