Restaurant Description: Operation Falafel is an Arabian street food restaurant chain which was created by a Dubai based entrepreneur. The restaurant offers the traditional Arabic street food dishes which are layered and stuffed with the authentic spices, fresh ingredients. The dishes here offer the delicious traditional Arabic flavors. The interior of restaurant is decorated in a contemporary way with beautiful hanging incandescent bulbs from the ceiling.

Favorite Food: Manousheh is a popular breakfast food from Beirut, Lebanon. The flat bread used in the preparation of this food comes in delicious variations. The baked bread looks like the pizza and is usually topped with eggs, Zaatar (Thyme), herbs, Labneh (Greek yogurt), Akawi cheese, minced meat/chicken, and many other sweet treats. Manousheh is usually served during the breakfast and lunch hours and is baked in a traditional pizza oven. Operation Falafel offers the best sweet choco banana manousheh. It is made of Hazelnut Nutella chocolate topped with bananas and placed on a flat baked bread. Manousheh served with za’atar is quite famous as a breakfast meal in my city. The meal comprises of Zaater with dried oregano, sesame seeds, salt, and toppings as per the customers requirement. Akkawi and Kashkaval are the cheese which are usually associated with the Manousheh meals.

Wow… @fasi6083 This is something I can definitely sink my teeth into! I love sweet things and both the chocolate version and the zaatar with honey and sesame seeds definitely get my votes!!! What’s the size of them? It looks like a lot to eat for breakfast! Thanks for introducing me to new food dishes too!!

Thanks for the comment @AdrianLunsong The manousheh is available in three different sizes (Small, medium and Large). The large size which is 16 inches in diameter will be sufficient for two servings.
