Yang dibuat manisan adalah salak, mangga, pala,kolang kaling, kedondong dll.
Candied ones are made with salak, mango, nutmeg, kaling, kedondong, etc.

This is really interesting. I like dried fruits which I see on your photo. However, I’ve never tried sweets made with fermentation.
Do you use the syrup as well? How are these prepared? Do you add only sugar to it?

@MashaPS , we try candied mango.
Material A
125 grams of sugar.
75 ml of water.
Salt to taste
Material B
150 grams of sugar.
300 ml of water.
Steps and How to Make Mango Candied
Soak the mango which has been cut into a solution of betel lime for about 30 minutes.
Wash mangoes that have been soaked until completely clean. If it’s not clean, it is feared that whiting will still be there.
After cleaning, put the mango into a glass jar and cover tightly, set aside.
Mix ingredients A, then boil until boiling, let cool.
If it’s cold, pour the sugar solution into a jar filled with mangoes, leave it overnight.
After one night, take the mangoes in a jar and drain.
Mix ingredients B and bring to a boil, let cool.
Prepare a new jar, add the mango and a cold solution B.
Put it in the refrigerator, wait for it to cool.
Candied Mango Mango to be served.

Manisan sekarang tidak hanya ditemukan di Cianjur, di beberapa daerah lain sekarangpun mudah ditemukan seperti misalnya di daerah Bogor tempat saya tinggal.

Penjua Manisan buah dengan menggunakan stopels yang besar besar.

tapi tetap saja cianjur lebih dikenal pak @BudiFXW . karena kalau di cianjur itu berderet penjualnya he…he…seperti bubur ayam , di indonesia dikenalnya : cianjur, sukabumi dan cirebon.
