With Manchester Food and Drink Festival just around the corner (27th Sept - 8th October), we are super excited to organise this meetup to explore the cafes that made it to the “Coffee Shop/Tea Shop of the Year” shortlist! Of the 6 nominees, we will be visiting 4 of them! Yes, indeed.. that’s quite a bit of caffeine slurping involved! First off, we will be starting out at Fig and Sparrow, which is also our meeting point! Be there for 1pm and lookout for a smiley Oriental dude! After a round of introductions and coffee, we’ll be heading to Ezra & Gill where we can also snack away (they have lovely food here) with round two of coffees! Third stop will be Takk, and last but not least, Idle Hands! If you’re not jittery by then, hats off to you! Fear not if you’re not quite the caffeine fan.. there’s always tea/soft drinks (we don’t judge!), just join in for a bit of social fun! Come say hi to this lovely bunch of Local Guides!
