On 4th May 2019 (Saturday), 9 am to 1 pm, Local Guides Malaysia attended a meet-up at Google office Malaysia. The meet-up location was at the Axiata Tower, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. During the meet-up, I’ve met 20+ awesome Local Guides from different states and countries, sharing knowledge and experience with each others. Words can’t describe how excited when it was the first time for me to visit Google office. Besides, I would like to say a big " THANK YOU!!! " to Google Malaysia for giving this valuable opportunity and also appreciate to our meet-up organizer > @StephenAbraham .

During the meet-up, we have a short breakfast at “Gerai Gugel”, it’s a cafeteria of Google Malaysia with very comfortable design. After our short breakfast, we had a speech by Head of Communication Google Malaysia & South Asia. Then, a brief history of the Malaysia Local Guides community, update of recent activities, and future programs of the community by Steve. Also, 4 Local Guides from our community also shared their contribution/community experiences to the rest of us. Next, a Q&A session about everything of Local Guides, Idea Exchange about future programs and meet-ups. After the briefing session, we had a tour of Google Malaysia, take some photos. Lastly, the meet-up ended by a well prepared lunch at Google Malaysia cafeteria.
