I Am Pankaj and I am from India. on google maps I like the most is to add missing places, correcting routes, adding information about the places, adding photos to the maps, I try to write a detailed review about the places I visited. I try to add things like parking space, convenient for children, small rout, road conditions. every time I visited the place which is not present on google map I instantly add it on the map cause I don’t want people to struggle as I did. and these things matter where I live.
I started doing this cause in the very initial smartphone era I was traveling everywhere by using google maps. but in India in rural areas or in city congested areas many routes were incorrect or many places were missing. I was struggling to find decent affordable but good quality places. so I got inspired by this and unknowingly started updating google maps in the intention to help other people the way I can.
