How do I get someone from Google Maps to update the exit numbers that are all wrong now since they have been changed on my local highway? Interstate 84 which runs east/west has changed all the exits in NY from the PA State line to the CT state line.

I would suggest you to follow these steps to send us feedback what changes are needed on Google Maps.
Send feedback > Wrong information > Report the change. You can also check out this article how to report an error on the Map.

I am sorry about the link, I did manage to get a list of the old exit numbers and new ones. I hope this helps. I tried to send via the feedback on maps and was unable to.

It would be great if you can send these screenshots and questions to the Google Maps community. as well.
Did you try to Send feedback > Wrong information > choose the road and then click Other/Report other problems with road info? These are the steps to follow on Desktop.
You’ll see below the following option to fill in all details needed to report the changes:

Thanks @PaulPavlinovich , some started to get approved already. Some state not applied. Does that mean those were rejected? Or approved but just not done yet? I would hope they all get approved. The new exit numbers went into effect a few weeks ago.
