Please tell me if anybody knows that how can I make 360° VR tours on my desktop as I dedndi find any option on street view website , I generally make 360° VR tours on my Android phone with Google Street view app , please let me know if anybody knows

If you are talking about stitching the pictures, then personally I use PTgui.
For uploading to Google Street View and connecting the 360panos, I use PanoSkin.com super easy to use, (do take time to watch the tutorials as some features are a bit un-intuitive at first) they offer a free package for photographers doing smaller volume of panoramas, I think the pro package is something like $100 a year. which for the convenience and time saving over doing this on the phone… is well worth it if you do volumes of tours.
