Make Real Things Look Unreal

This is what helped me bring the magic of things while taking pictures, making them look unreal:

I look at the object I want to photograph. Then, I look at any other objects that surround it or are nearby.

I position myself in a way that my primary object is the closest to me. That way, the other ones look as if they are further away, even thought they might only be a few steps away from the main one. I angle my cell phone (yes, I use my cell phone because I don’t own a professional camera) at a 45 degree angle, and take the picture. Try this tip and let me know how it works for you. It took me a few tries until I got it right.

As per props, I just use my hands and my umbrella. You’ll be surprised as how by using your hands as props you can make real things look unreal.
