Make Google Photos to rise my Connect Post productively.

Since last month inserting photos in My Connect Post by uploading photos become my concern.

I saw it s already 720 uploaded photos shown.

It means the balance only 280 photos and if I upload 5 photos per post so only 56 post that I can do.

So I learn how to use Google Photos and I found some specification that good for us as a Local Guides.

  • Google Photos search ability, can search base on date, month, years and specific key word such as bridge, red building, red flower.
  • Can make Album that only seen by myself and Shared Album than can seen public and everybody that have the link
  • Making photo collage so it more eye catching in a single photos
  • By clicking my right touchpad I can copy the link address and paste it in HTML feature on Connect Post.

This feacure chang my strategy to make a post on Connect with step by step like this.

  1. Make a draft comosition of a post,on paper or on my txt notepad,
  2. Search the best photo that represent my post from my hardisk, external hardisk or download from google photo.
  3. Ensure that the photo is not more than 3 072 kb. if it is more I resize it using Paintshop.
  4. For down loaded photo I shoud open and save it in Paintshop to esure that the photo is not upside down or tilt 90 dedree.
  5. For additional Photos I make a shared album on Google Photos.
  6. Write or paste my post on Connect.
  7. Add my first photo or select from my uploaded photos
  8. Open HTML feature.
  9. Type "img src=“xxxxxx” border=“0” " , in bracket and “

    </>”

  10. Copy link adress by click my right touchpad in the Google photo that I want to shoe from Google Photos Shared Album.
  11. Delete mark xxxxxx at Step no. 9 and change with the paste link address
  12. I do add up to nine photos, because I hear that there are maximum characters per each post.
  13. If I need some additional Youtube video, I add youtube video from my Youtube Channel

So with this strategic at least I can make more than 60 post again, and can be more If I do check and delete the unnecessary photos from the upload album such as upside down, tilt 90 degree.

Can you help me to make my post more productive ?

Surprisingly, I have found that copying addresses of a photo from a shared album on Google Photos does not display the photo in a Connect post.

As an alternative, I have resorted to creating a blog post using my Gmail blogger account and copying images from the blog post, which seems to work quite well.

What are your thoughts on this @BudiFXW ?

I followed the steps in your article and copied the link address of a photo from a shared album on Google Photos. I have a little doubt/question.

Is the below a valid address of a photo that can be inserted into an IMG SRC tag in HTML:

Does it have to end in a .JPG or .PNG?

how do I obtain an address of a photo from Google Photos that has an extension of JPG or PNG?

Yes @TusharSuradkar .

I can open that link,

Afte ropening the HTML feature use "copy link address"so in HTML you can see a very long link address.

Click ok , so if it is in a Shared Album, it can be seen
