Hi!
Today I found out that my friends can’t see a “Follow” button in Google Maps. One of them is LG, Level 3 or 4, other is not an LG at all.
I wanted them to get a discount provided by a coffeeshop. I see the Follow button, I got a discount. But they don’t see the button. We should fix that. Or if there is a solution, it must be explained how to get this button

As per the information published on the support website, this “Follow” feature is available to all users of Maps.
It is possible that the version of the app used by your friends may not be updated.
Otherwise, clearing the data through the apps setting may help in resolving the problem.

It seems that this could be investigated, as for the convenience on that regard, for the moment the post would be relocated to How-tos.
Just to be sure, by looking at the screenshot examples, the accounts of your Local Guide friend, as well the other person without being in the program were logged into one device?
Also, much appreciated from @C_T , as it is also possible to check on that regard.
