I found this local guides connect live’s website is extremely slow as compared to any other sites hence it’s killing the precious time unnecessarily. Therefore I request for making this site lightning fast so that local guides like me can consume better and quality time not only for professional but also for family too.

Thanks for your response. I am using the local guides connect mobile application and it is very slow to respond. Android version 8.0
I have observed by clearing cache too.
Also, can you explain why should an issue fall under the How-tos label ?
Is there a different label where we could add such issues or improvements ?

I want to clarify here that currently Connect does not have any mobile application. The only way to access Connect is via browser.
I would like to know which browser do you use and the version?, to investigate further regarding your issue.
How-tos is a place for questions and sharing tips, including issue so we can help investigate further and other Local Guides can jump in the thread when they found similar issue.
As for improvement you can share your suggestion in the Idea Exchange section, but make sure when suggesting an idea to be as specific as possible so that we can fully understand it.

I have attached images for how I use the local guides connect on my phone. Seems like an app to me.
Apart from that, I have used it on latest version of chrome on windows 7 laptop.

Thank you for the additional information, I would like to clarify that Local Guides never launch mobile application, to avoid any confusion.
The screenshot you shared is just a shortcut that is similar to an app, as explained by one of our Local Guides @SeanK_1 on his post about Create LG Connect Shortcut.
