Reviews and edits are really trust worthy method for users in Google maps. For example; I more look into reviews when I visit new places. Reviews of a person can show what can we expect from that place ( opening hours, entry fee, wheelchair Accessibility, parking space, bathrooms, etc… ).
How to edit your review more effectively
- Type your review in bulleted list / numbered list, so that it’s easy to read for other users.
- Include wheelchair accessible
, parking space 
, bathrooms and other facilities the place provides for the customers. ( If you include emojis/icon, it would be helpful) - Include working/entry hours and closing hours of the place.
- Include entry fees/parking fees if there is.
- Always remember to update any new features they provide if you didn’t find in reviews before you visited that place.
Remember any small contribution you make is helping atleast one person.
For the above review which I got 9k review, I found after visiting the place is that it’s wise to carry a small bag to place our shoes ( or we have to carry it my hands throughout the compound). I couldn’t find it on any reviews before I visited this place and giving important tips on our reviews can probably help a person.
Always look for public bathrooms/parking space in tourist places which is not in Google maps and edit them to the maps.
When people ask me how Google maps helps me, I replies with “one more local guides give edits or reviews and in turn help me to explore the places”.
