It is a wide channel in the Sharee River which is 7 Km away from the Tamabil road. The main attraction point is the variety of water colors, which vary from blue to green to clear at different points.
We went there by a reserved minibus. You can go there by car, microbus or auto rickshaw from Sylhet town. After reaching Lalakhal zero point, there are some local boats available to float around the area and reach a certain tourist point. You can also visit nearby tea gardens. The boat rent will cost you around 1000 taka and can accommodate 10 to 12 people on each boat.
