Magical Mojito Fact Friday

While exploring and travelling around in Pune city, I personally got attracted to Mojitos.
Continuing my series of throwbacks, Today I thought of sharing some great facts about Everyone’s favourite drink

MOJITO

Pronounced as (muh·hee·tow)

It’s the most common first date drink :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Mojito was born in Cuba (by the hands of workers), it’s birthplace is a tourist attraction now !

Mojito is a spanish word.

In Spanish the letter “j” has the “h” sound. Hence the pronunciation Muu- hee- tow.

In the bygone era, pirates used Mojito for treating scurvy and dysentery. It is a great immunity booster.

Mint leaves and lime juice keep bad breath and chronic diseases at bay as well as help the brain to be smarter and the skin to be healthier.
This cocktail comes in great variety.

James Bond was the one to popularize it to what it is today.

It is a great immunity booster.

Virgin Mojito is lighter in calories due to the absence of alcohol than the usual one which has alcohol.

Virgin Mojito (lighter in calories due to the absence of alcohol) is for the non alcoholic tribe.

Whereas the Dirty Mojito contains Gold Rum instead of the usual White Rum.

Cojito is another variant with the coconut flavour.

You can create magic with any flavour.

This humbly wonderful drink goes well with almost every occasion. Portrays a series of facts by discovering different locations
