He quietly helps thousands live healthier lives with his organic herbal soups every morning after their workouts. He’s there super early, 5 am, before anyone else, and leaves late after everyone’s gone home.

These are some rare varieties of juices, and they look healthy too.
Of these, I’d go for Amla and Bitter Gourd juice, preferably mixed.

You are right dear @Sisakumar , I have been noticing in my area for the last one and a half years that when I go for a run in the morning, there are 2-3 juice shops on the roadside which open every morning at 5:00 AM. When the morning walkers come back from their walk, there are a lot of people who stand there and drink juice.
