I love my home City of Melbourne. I have been photographing this amazing city since 2007. Capturing everyday life and cityscapes.
Here are some photos I have taken over the years of life in Melbourne City. With these photos, I wanted to showcase the City of Melbourne without colour, without any distraction of colour.
I started with a Sony A-100 camera, then upgraded to a Canon 5DIII with my trusty 24-105mm.
I am planning to release a book with these and more photos by the end of the year.

I am a huge Photography lover and I’ve even done a photo exhibition about Morocco a long time ago. Have you ever done any exhibitions?

Good luck for your book project! I’m sure it will be beautiful with your photographs. Do you plan to release the book with black and white photos, too?
Fantastic shots, and love the black & white. Depending on the subject colour can easily be noisy and distract away from the focus and overall effect of the photos. Your B&W shots really bring the subject of the photo into focus and allows for the viewer to have the feeling they are standing right there when looking at the picture. Really nice!
What camera setup are you using if I may ask?
P.S Do you ever get people who react negatively when you are taking street pictures? I.e people who don’t want their picture taken?

I use a Canon 5D III. I used black and white so I take away a distraction from colours.
I have never had an exhibition. At the moment I don’t have the disposable income to do it.
