I went there on 31/05/2023. When I reached the hotel, they informed me that the hotel was fully booked. I told him that I have an online booking. Then they told me that they tried to call me several times but unable to contact me, mentioning that my number is not valid. When I checked, I found that they dialed the wrong number without adding “+” in front of 91 (+91 is country code). During this conversation the owner of the hotel arrived and he dialed my number and my phone ringed. Then he told his manager that he dialed the number wrongly and the he made the mistake. Luckily, the hotel had constructed news rooms for customers. Then the owner told the manager to allot me the newly constructed room which is not even open for customers till date. The room is big enough for me with all kind of facilities (without a TV till date). The staff is very helpful. I like the atmosphere. But due to some unintentional mistake by the hotel authority I have to wait for a long time to check in.
