Hello, my wife’s local guides account has been suspended without explanation. It’s level 5 with 45 reviews, but only 2 reviews show under her profile and none of them show online. She’s a real customer who spent thousands of dollars in some of the businesses under review. She also flagged a fake review that violated the rules against conflict of interests, i.e. Lorri Brown-Ominsky is the office manager at Internal Medicine of Milford and left a fake 5-star review for one of the people working at her office, Christopher Snyder. No reply thus far. Maybe something was missing or has been overlooked, and the solution is quite simple. So, please reach out to Rita. [Redacted]
