遅めのランチタイム、明治通り沿いを探索中にこのお店を発見したので入ってみました。
京都に本店のある牛かつ専門店らしいです。地下に降りていく店舗で、まだ出来て間もないのか新しい感じがしましたが、店員に聞くと2018年6月にオープンしたとのこと。
ソースの味付けは「わさび醤油」、「山椒塩」、「ソース」、「和風カレー」の4種類を楽しむことができます。やっぱり、個人的にはわさび醤油かソースで、和風カレーつけ汁はいま一つといった感じでした。
店内は、若い東洋系の観光客がほとんどで、私のようなビジネスパーソンはほとんどいないいない感じで、こうした様々な味付けがあるのも観光客向けと考えれば合点がいきます。
接客は意外に丁寧で、その点は安心できましたが、店のオペレーションや構造はお客様が長時間滞在することをあまり想定していない感じです！

Thank you for sharing with everyone! This dish looks so delicious! I see that the meat is a little bit raw as one can see the red color inside of it, is it typical for this type of dish?
I would like to give this meal set a try. I wanted to also to ask you I saw that you can pay there with Alipay. Is it something common in Japan?
In Japan, it is not uncommon for beef dishes to be served a little raw. Of course, good freshness is a condition.
The number of shops that can use Alipay has been increasing rapidly in Japan since last year. At present, Alipay should be available at more than 400,000 merchants.

Four standard dips are provided: Wasabi soy sauce, Sansho salt, Sauce and Japanese curry.
Personally, I like “wasabi soy sauce” and “sauce”!
QR code payment is rapidly being used in Japan.
