Lunch in the university district

Hello everyone!

I’m choco. I’ve been an active local guide for 5 years now, and I’m a very proud to be a Local Guide, but Can you believe I just found out about this community? I love taking photos of food for google, I would say that’s my specialty haha.

(In the photo you can see a vegetarian hamburger)

The hamburger was quite good, with a sauce with quite strong spices, which give it a characteristic touch. The bread is made with beetroot! the burger is made from chickpeas and the accompaniment is onion rings.

The restaurant is called Mamaterra.

The place is in the university neighborhood of the city, next to the University of Concepción, in Chile.

The atmosphere of the place is hectic, it is full of cultural activities and university students everywhere. I did a complete review of the new business.

Many tourists pass through the sector, because it is in the heart of the city and because at the entrance of the university is the Pinacoteca, which is an art museum.

Hi @Choco_aii ,

very warm welcome here on Connect, this is the official Local Guides forum, we all are very proud to be Local Guides :star2: .

Nice hamburger, how is it made? And where do you take it? Do you take it often when you are at the University city? Perhaps a Google Maps link to the place making it with your review would be helpful for someone else passing by the same area.

Since you are new here let me suggest you to have a first look at Your guide to Connect to make yourself comfortable and understand how to best use Connect and when you need any help you can always refer to our Help Desk. Since you like taking photos perhaps you may have a look also at How to tell a story through your photography in order to learn how you can tell us your stories.

And finally why don’t you introduce yourself to the community and the other Local Guides by writing something about yourself in our monthly introduction post Introduce Yourself April 2022.

Looking forward to read some of your Local Guides stories, so Happy Guiding and see you around  .

Thank you very much for your advice, I will read everything carefully to make better reviews and collaborate efficiently in the community.
